"Frequently Asked Questions in Sports Nutrition"
Alan Aragon has over 15 years
of success in the fitness field. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in
Nutrition with top honors. Alan is a continuing education provider for the
Commission on Dietetic Registration, National Academy of Sports Medicine,
American Council on Exercise, and National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Alan speaks to a broad audience
including universities, scientific conferences, and major corporations. Alan
recently lectured to practitioners at the FDA and the annual conference of the
Los Angeles Dietetic Association. He maintains a private practice designing
programs for recreational and professional athletes, including the Los Angeles
Kings, Anaheim Mighty Ducks, and Golden State Warriors. Alan has a monthly
column in Men's Health magazine called "Ask The Weight Loss Coach". He also is
the magazine's nutrition research consultant.

Steve Cotter is a world-renowned martial artist and strength and
conditioning specialist. He is the creator of the highly acclaimed
Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting, FullKOntact Kettlebells and various
other training DVDs, and is considered by many to be the world’s authority
on leg and deep stance training. A 2-time US National Full Contact
Kuoshu (Kung Fu) Champion with 25 years of internal martial arts training,
Steve draws from an extensive and diverse background as a champion athlete
and cutting-edge trainer to develop some of the most complete and balanced
strength and conditioning programs available.
Throughout his lifelong study, he has continued to research and implement
the most effective training methods in the martial arts, chi gong, strength
and conditioning, athletics and human performance fields. He constantly

fundamentals of Russian kettlebell lifting. Find out what a kettlebell is
and what its unique properties are. Discover when to use kettlebells instead
of dumbbells or something else and how to determine the appropriate time and
place to institute kettlebell lifting into a strength and conditioning or
personal training program. . This presentation will teach you the
fundamentals of kettlebell training as well as how to safely and effectively
incorporate kettlebells into a training program for yourself or your client
and will also present some simple yet powerful qigong energy development
exercises that will help with increased altertness, improved energy and
increased circulation benefits.

Metropolitan Tower in Little Rock, Arkansas, Jean-Paul Francoeur has built a
thriving personal-training business, as well as a burgeoning online fitness

Jean-Paul has been training athletes and
people from all walks of life since he was 19. He has been featured in

Governor, Mike Huckabee during the governor’s well-publicized weight loss
(garnering an acknowledgement in his best-seller, Stop Digging Your Grave
with a Knife and Fork), and served as chairman of the Arkansas Governor's
Council on Fitness for nearly eight years, as well as sitting on over a
half-a-dozen other boards and committees (local, statewide, and national)
dedicated to improving public health.
